PARK RULES AND COURTESIES
1. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
2. No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed anywhere on the park premises.
3. Parents, please watch your children, you are responsible for their safety and security.
4. No smoking, eating or drinking on any rides. As a courtesy, do not smoke in waiting lines.
5. Please put the safety of your group and others first. Play responsibly.
6. Please keep ACTION TERRITORY clean by placing all waste in proper containers.
7. Familiarize yourself and obey all the rules, regulations and courtesies of each attraction.
8. Park entry and admittance to each attraction is the sole discretion of Park Management. Management has the right to refuse admittance or service to anyone.
9. For your safety, no cell phones, cameras or ear devices of any kind are allowed on any of the rides.
10. No food, beverage or pets may be brought into the park.
11. Guest relations is located at the ticket office.
12. Failure to follow these and other rules may result in your ejection from ACTION TERRITORY without refund.

*RESTRICTION DETAILS Parties must RSVP at least 48 hours in advance, dates book up fast - specials are limited to party room availability on the date requested- some dates may be sold out - so book ahead. You must speak to a party professional to book your event. A deposit maybe required to reserve your event time. Paintball and other packages do not include a party room as noted - please ask the party specialist. TIME RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY ON BIRTHDAY SPECIALS OR OTHER MANAGERS SPECIALS ASK YOUR PARTY REPRESENTATIVE. Some attractions are seasonal, Indoor attractions are year round and avaialbe for overnight events. limited space availabe. Not valid with any other discounts, coupons, or promotions. No Substitutions. Valid until post on ActionTerritory.com website has changed. All other ads are void. Any ads or other posting discount have an expiration date and can not be combined with specials. Package prices for groups of ten or more, unless otherwise stated uniquely. Some packages are avaialbe for only 54 inches or taller please check with the party associate when booking your party. Some walkin specials are limited to 54 inches or taller. Therefore smaller children would pay the same price.
